parent letter and details of the sale

This is a example of how your parent letter will look like.  You have the choice to sell many different items including Gift Items for the holidays, Chocolate and Nuts, Popcorn, Crazy Socks, Awesome Non Food Items, Cookie Dough, Magazines and even accepting donations.   Below you will find the registration code/QR code to get your student or participant registered for their very own store.  In the store you will see all the options you will have available for your fundraiser and you can customize it anyway you would like.  ​

Online platform registration and school codes

Middle School Families, to register your own online store please go to the website below or scan the QR Code to the left with your cell phone to register your student.

Please go to register I know my school code. Once you go here, enter the School code:  NC140

Once the student or parent registers for their own online storefront, they will have the ability to share links and text message those links to friends and family who would like to support them for their schools fundraiser.  See below on a quick video tutorial on how to register for a account.

Register for fundraiser and app to download

To register for your schools online fundraiser, you will need to go to register.norcalfundraising.com. You will need to register using the "I know my school" tab.  Once you register, it is "optional" to download the MyFundR App through the apple app store or google app store.  If you don't want to download the app that is fine, it is only there to help you track your sales.  Please find and click on the app that applies to your phone to download.  Below is a video tutorial on how to register for your online fundraiser.

Social Media Marketing and Text Messages

You can promote your online store by sending links through social media platforms like facebook and twitter.  You can also send text messages with the link to anyone in your contact list on your cell phone.  Students can keep track of all orders that come from their marketing campaigns through their page.  Each order they receive from friends and family will be tallied on their total orders.  Students will earn prize incentives and rewards for each sale they receive.  

Guests Login for Schools

Some schools have community that would like to support the schools fundraising efforts but do not have current students/staff that work there.  Schools can create their own accounts for guests to buy products and support the schools online fundraising efforts.  Middle School guests will go to shop.norcalfundraising.com and enter the School ID: TBA

Delivery for Middle Schools

Middle Schools will have their products delivered to the campus with the students boxes labeled by name.  This gives a option for students and parents to pick up the product for free from the school.  Please make sure to make arrangements to pick up the product at the school on the delivery date.  

Ship to home option

Middle School families and customers also have the ability to ship items directly to their homes through the online fundraiser.  Shipping rates do apply and will be shipped via USPS/UPS.  You will see the charges as you go through the checkout process before your order is submitted.
